Clean Air Cottages is an offshoot of the highly successful Large Holiday Houses and Little Holiday Houses websites, and has been brought together by LHH Ltd to represent only those properties which do not allow smoking inside the premises. In recognition of the increasing numbers of non-smokers, we felt that it would be appropriate to group together all our non-smoking properties on one website, making selection by non-smokers much easier.
Featuring both self catering cottages and larger properties such as castles, mansions, lodges and farmhouses, you will find here a good selection of non-smoking holiday homes throughout Scotland, where we trust you will find the air, fabrics and furniture free of the smell of cigarette smoke - something which we recognise is unacceptable to some non-smokers and which can, in some cases, cause breathing difficulties for others.
The owners of these properties clearly state that smoking is not allowed on the premises and the Good Housekeeping Deposit is withheld in full if this regulation is not respected.
Now, due to demand mainly from happy customers of our large holiday homes, we have put together a delightful portfolio of little holiday houses so that we can offer more modest holiday accommodation for couples and smaller family groups.
